- After the initial consultation, a concept plan is developed based on client input, site assessment and effective use of the space available.
- If no site plans are available, an additional cost may be required to measure up the site.
- Once the design concept is completed, a meeting is scheduled to discuss the design concept and make alterations. Hardscape materials and plant selections will be discussed.
- At this stage, a progress payment of half the balance will be required, payable at the time of the meeting.
